Whenever you want to retrieve a Web page you can navigate to it from within your "Favourites" folder. </li> <li><b>Download content to your own PC</b> We have tried to make useful documents available in a format that can be downloaded to your PC. To download a PDF or Word document, left click on the link and then when the document has opened, save it to your PC. Alternatively, right-click and choose "Save target as" to a copy of the document without first opening it. Emails can also be saved on your PC, either into separate folders or just within your email software. Be sure to make back up copies of any valuable data. </li> <li><b>Send page links to others or forward an email</b> If you want others to see a particular page you can simply email a link to them rather than produce a printed copy. If you want others to have a copy of an email we have sent, why not forward it to them electronically rather than print a paper copy?</li> </ul> <b>If you really must print something</b> <p> If you must print a copy, you may be able to use both sides of each sheet or even use scrap paper where it is adequate for the purpose.</p> <p> For more information on environmental practices in the workplace please visit the <a href="http://www.carbontrust.co.uk/" target="_blank">Carbon Trust</a> website. </p> </td></tr> <tr><td align=middle><BR></td></tr> <tr><td align=middle><BR></td></tr> </table><!-- Content Table Eend--> </td></tr> </TABLE> </BODY></HTML>
